Seven-point plastic crown (17 in) with white elastic chin strap, 12 in torch made from a plastic flashlight with a molded colorful flame attached. Torch requires 2 C size batteries. Not included. Torch is slightly shorter than pictured and has a green handle instead of the gold. Flame is more colorful.
