Return/Exchange
Policy - The standard within the costume industry has
always been no refunds or exchanges; greater than 90% of our customers
only use these items once. We understand that no one wants things they will
never use again but, we do not want them back after someone else uses them
either. We are proud to announce that we only sell new items. After saying that,
we hope you are happy with your selection, but we understand that situations with
shopping over the Internet arise. So we have developed the following guidelines for
our preferred Internet customers to help serve you better because we appreciate
your business.
Costume Shop – Retail Section.
Returns – The following items CANNOT be returned: Beards,
Makeup (all items), Moustaches, Socks, Teeth, Tights & Wigs. We regret any
inconvenience, but these are non-returnable because of sanitary and hygiene
restrictions.
All Orders – All items considered for return or exchange
MUST have a eligible return authorization number on the outside of all
shipping return boxes. To obtain a return authorization number you must e-mail or
call us and ask for the return authorization number. This does not mean you
automatically qualify for a credit. It means if you follow the guidelines, we
will evaluate your return/exchange for credit or exchange. All return shipments must
be postmarked 5 days after receipt and/or delivery of your shipment. All items
must include all the original packaging including any instructions in good
condition. All unauthorized returns will be refused. We also have the right to
inspect all returned items prior to determining if they will qualify for a
credit.
All regular orders carry a Restocking Fee of 13% with no
credit given for shipping.
Last Minute Halloween Orders, Please Note: Any returns
authorized prior to October 31st, must be postmarked by October 31st to be
eligible to qualify for credit.
Exchanges – We take great pride in double checking every
item before it leaves our facility. If you do receive the item that is damaged,
please follow the guidelines above under All Orders. We can ship you a
replacement item as soon as we receive the damaged item back or you may pay for
another item and we will credit you when we receive the returned item with
proper authorization. Please follow instructions above.
Special Orders – There are two types of Special Orders these
CANNOT be cancelled, returned or exchanged. We require a ½ down deposit before
we will accept special orders. 1.These items are noted on our web pages by
stating shipping will take longer than 2 weeks. Also, these costumes are all over
$100.00 each. 2.Orders with excessive quantities and/or odd sizes.
